Seller policy
These terms explain seller eligibility, marketplace fees, payouts, product standards and account approval.
1. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18 years old and provide valid personal or business identification. Seller access remains pending until verification is completed.
2. Commission and fees
Marketplace sales are subject to the commission shown for the relevant product category, starting from 5%. Applicable fees are deducted before payout.
3. Payments and payouts
Eligible payouts are processed to the verified bank account according to the published payout schedule, after order and fraud checks are complete.
4. Product authenticity
Listings must be genuine, lawful, accurately described and supported by appropriate product information. Counterfeit or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination.
5. Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for stock accuracy, fulfilment, customer communication, returns and compliance with applicable consumer and data-protection laws.
